If you have a question about your rights, we
urge you to contact WPAS by telephone, rather than e-mail. WPAS cannot
guarantee the confidentiality of personal information sent via e-mail.
By Telephone, TTY, or Fax:
When you call WPAS,
you may be asked to leave a message, and an advocate will call you back. Our
goal is to reply to requests for services within 3 business days, but because we
get a lot of calls, it sometimes takes longer to reply. Calls involving a
legal deadline or abuse or neglect will be returned first.
Voice: 1-800-562-2702 or 206-324-1521
TTY: 1-800-905-0209 or 206-957-0728
Fax: 206-957-0729
By Email:
E-mail is often a convenient way to communicate, but it is not always secure.
WPAS wants to protect your confidentiality, so if you want to speak with an
advocate about a problem, we encourage you to use the telephone or a TTY.
