  1. Any graphics on this page will have an Alt-tag with a description provided for the image.

  2. On all main pages a link bar will be provided in the left border; users can use it to navigate to all main pages of the website.  This link bar also serves as a table of contents.

  3. The WPAS logo is included at the top of all the pages (except text-only pages), it serves as a link to the home page.

  4. At the bottom of every page there are links that will connect the user to other pages in the WPAS site.  Users can navigate to any section of the site by using these links.

  5. Every page includes a title.  Longer pages include a listing of the contents followed by a horizontal line.

  6. Longer pages include subtitles divided into sections followed by horizontal lines and links to other pages.

  7. Every page ends with WPAS contact information.

  8.
